We use HRTC or private operator Volvo A/C multi-axle sleeper buses for this package. These are fully air-conditioned coaches with comfortable semi-sleeper or sleeper seats, onboard reading lights, and charging ports. The buses are well-maintained and suitable for overnight mountain travel.

The Volvo bus typically departs from ISBT Kashmere Gate, Delhi — which is well-connected by Metro (Yellow Line & Red Line) and other public transport. You need to report at the bus stand at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Exact reporting time will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

All local sightseeing in Manali — including transfers to Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, and the Kasol day trip — is managed by shared cab or tempo traveller arranged by us. Our local tour representative will coordinate all pickups and drops from your hotel on each day as per the itinerary.

We provide comfortable double-sharing accommodation in well-rated hotels in Manali with all basic amenities including hot water, clean bedding, and in-house dining. Upgrade options to deluxe rooms or cottages are available on request at an additional cost.

The best time is October to June. For snow experiences at Solang Valley, December to February is ideal. For pleasant weather and Kasol trekking, March to June is recommended. Monsoon (July–September) is best avoided due to landslide risk on Manali highway roads. We operate year-round and will advise on current road conditions at the time of booking.
